Adult Training

As the Seaford Head Lower School sportshall will be closed this coming Friday (Good Friday) there will be no adult training. Next adult training will be outdoors at The Salts, starting on Tuesday 10 April at 6.30pm. From then on adult training will take place on every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
