Training Details

 

Our adult sides train regularly throughout the summer as well as indoor winter training during the off season

All outdoor training is at The Salts Recreation Ground, Richmond Road, Seaford unless otherwise stated!!

​

Details for winter training are below;

​

Friday evenings, 7.30 to 9.30pm

Starting 24th January @ Seaford Head Lower School, Sports Hall
